India has accelerated efforts to improve the business climate in the country and has taken several regulatory reform initiatives. If India has to improve its position further, in ease of doing business, a series of reforms have to be continued, parameters like regulatory clearances, land acquisition and taxation policies, a lot more needs to be done for seeing real change at the ground level. Though it is a daunting task, but is possible and the road ahead would be challenging.
The recent efforts of government have resulted in significant improvement in the sentiments of investors and economic activities and year 2015 had witnessed record growth in M & A activities and with government pushing its reform agenda it’s going to improve further.
Against this backdrop, Corporate Counsel Association of India is happy to announce the conference on Emerging Trends in Corporate Law on 23rd April 2016 at Hotel Shangri-La, New Delhi.
