The Corporate Counsel Association of India (CCAI) is being established as a pioneering association which represents In-house counsel’s from Public and Private sector organization in the country. The CCAI promotes the common professional and business interests of in-house counsel through information, knowledge and experience sharing, continuing legal education, a Platform for networking and advocacy initiatives.

The CCAI aims to bring together leading in-house counsel working in the country, provide them the opportunity to interact, share ideas and best practice, and network with peers across the country. President's Message

Dear Colleagues,

It gives me immense pleasures to pen this message in the year 2021. The year 2020 was a year of uncertainties since the pandemic has put a grinding halt to our life. The history of human race has always proved that the humans have the inherent ability to overcome such hurdles through innovations and adaptability.

CCAI is an organization or a gathering without any geographical boundaries and sets out platform for the experienced as well as young and restless legal minds to interact with each other and have a healthy discussion in the ever changing legal field. This platform is necessary since law is not static. The static law does not excite anyone. Law has to change with the times and so also interpretation and application or else law will lose its importance.

I take this opportunity to welcome all my colleagues as well as in house counsels to actively participate in this gathering and enrich themselves by exchanging ideas and also impart the knowledge which experienced members have acquired to the upcoming legal minds.

The services are focused towards creating synergy between the In-house counsel and external counsels as well as handhold the junior counsels in their growth path. It can promote and provide for training, research and education in the field of law; can award certificates and engage in research, consultancy and publication, collaborate with other institutions and organizations in related fields in India and overseas for the benefit of In-house community in India. We have huge data of General Counsels, law firms and independent counsels, further we plan to build the data bank fresh law graduates as well. This could be used by the GC and external counsel for hiring the interns which could be mutually beneficial to both the parties.

CCAI has International forums are being created with a objective to increase the cooperation between global legal community. It aims at frequent interations between the legal delegates to promote the mutual business Interest.
